Alongside the release of the finale of Living World Season 3 will be a new fractal release. ArenaNet posted a teaser on Facebook and Twitter announcing the release of a new fractal coming July 25th. The new fractal will presumably continue the story of Ark from the Chaos Fractal and the Nightmare Fractal.
